Welcome!

Want to have a tea party, but don’t have all of the supplies or time to do all the work? We can take care of everything and bring a beautiful, fun tea party to you!

Just tell us how many girls and we will plan the party, set-up, prepare the tea & meal, serve, facilitate games or crafts and clean up after everyone leaves. We can even take care of the invitations, entertainment, tea gift for the guest of honor and party favors for the guests.

We bring all of the supplies…you just tell us where to set up and provide the tables and seating (we also have rentals available if you need more tables or chairs).

Standard Package

We bring the party to your house (1 ½ hour tea party)

Party set-up (30-45 minutes prior to the party)

Table setting and décor (linens, tableware, tea cups and saucers, flatware, table decorations)

Tea Time Hosting…each guest selects:

• Choice of 3 different teas (see menu for options)
• Selection of 2 different sandwiches (see menu for options)
• Scones
• Fruit (see menu for options)
• Selection of 2 different desserts (see menu for options)

Tea accessories for the guests to borrow (hats, boas, costume jewelry, etc)

Tea Time Background Music

Party clean up (30-45 minutes prior to the party conclusion)

Price: $25 per guest ($50 set up fee if less than 8 guests, maximum 20 guests, travel fee may apply)

Optional Items

• Each additional hour (over the 1-1/2 hrs included)- $150
• Tea cupcakes or cake (choose one of our options from Edgewood Bakery or Sheila's)- $75 - $150
• Tea games - $3-$5 per guest (we'll bring the game and facilitate)
• Tea crafts - $5-$10 per guest (we'll bring the craft supplies and facilitate)
• Tea party favors- $5 - $10 per guest (tea-themed party favor bags for your guests)
• Personalized invitations - $5 per guest (we have lots of options to choose from -- just give us your invitation list and we'll print, address and mail your invitations)
• Table/chair rentals - TBD (based on need)
• Mom's tea tray (for mom's who stay for the party) - $8 per adult (includes tray with assortment of sandwiches, fruit, tea and desserts)
• Guest of honor gifts -- we also offer a wide selection of tea related gifts for the guest of honor
• Personalized photo book - $75 (we'll take photographs during the party and make a customized photo book for you to remember your special day)

Standard Time Slots & Reservations

Following are the general time slots:

• Friday 4:00 pm – 5:30 pm (plus ½ hr before and after for set up and clean up)
• Saturday 10:30 am – 12:00 pm (plus ½ hr before and after for set up and clean up)
• Saturday 2:30 pm – 4:00 pm (plus ½ hr before and after for set up and clean up)
• Saturday 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm (plus ½ hr before and after for set up and clean up)
• Sunday 2:30 pm – 4:00 pm (plus ½ hr before and after for set up and clean up)

We may be able to accommodate different days and/or times by reservation if our schedule permits.

Mom's Tea Tray

If you are hosting a children's tea party and are anticipating some parents will stick around you can order a "mom's tea tray"... a tray with an assortment of sandwiches, fruit, tea and desserts. The cost is $8 per adult.
