Party Flow - What to Expect

Here's a rough timeline of how the party generally flows. Of course, it can always be adjusted to meet your specific requests or planned activities.

  • Girls arrive & mingle - 10 minutes
  • Craft / tea game - 20 minutes
  • Tea time - 30 minutes
  • Cake/cupcakes - 10 minutes
  • Open gifts (for birthday parties or celebrations) - 15 minutes
  • Distribute gift bags & say goodbyes- 5 minutes

Please allow 45 minutes prior to the party for set up and 30 minutes after the party for clean up.
